The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Saturday night, July 18 confirmed that it has recorded 653 new cases of COVID-19 across the country.
According to the health agency, the 653 new cases brings the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases to 36,107. 14938 have been discharged so far from various isolation centres and 778 death since the index case was recorded in Nigeria.

A breakdown of the new cases, Lagos recorded 115, in Kwara state, 85 cases were recorded while in Enugu state, 80 new cases were recorded.
