'Horrible experience but we're ok now' - Tottenham Star, Dele Alli Speaks After He Was Robbed At His Apartment

Tottenham star, Dele Alli, 24, has spoken out after armed robbers raided his home, held him at knifepoint, and punched him in the face.
The robbery incident occurred during the early hours of Wednesday at his £2m mansion in North London.

They reportedly punched him in the mouth and assaulted another man before they made away with various items including jewellery and watches.

The football star has now taken to Twitter to thank those who shared messages of support to him.

He wrote: 'Thank you for all the messages. Horrible experience but we’re all okay now. Appreciate the support.'

Dele's property is covered by CCTV and the footage has reportedly been passed on to the police, who have opened an investigation.

The raid comes just two months after four masked robbers armed with knives and machetes broke into the home of Dele’s Spurs teammate Jan Vertonghen in Hampstead, North London.
