                                 22 new cases of Coronavirus recorded in Lagos, Abuja, Edo and Bauchi
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 22 new cases of Coronavirus in Lagos, Abuja, Edo and Bauchi state.

Nigeria as at 09:00pm on April 8, the country confirmed 276 cases of COVID-19, no fewer than 44 patients have been discharged, and 6 deaths have been recorded so far. 

Lagos state is leading with the highest number of confirmed cases of the virus in the country with 145, Abuja with 54 cases, see the full breakdown below;
